Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

Meet the Manager

As part of the City of Santa Clara's ongoing commitment to outstanding customer service and the desire to connect with the community, the City Manager will be hosting the next, "Meet the Manager" on Monday, May 15 from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Northside Branch Library. This program was created to provide residents, businesses and visitors with an opportunity to personally meet with the City Manager, Rajeev Batra in a friendly, casual setting to chat about all things Santa Clara. 

At Meet the Manager attendees can discuss community matters of interest, get to know the Manager and meet other people in the community. Discussion topics include budget, projects, infrastructure, services, community outreach and anything else of interest. Pre-registration is not required.
