Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

Mission City Fund Charity EventCome celebrate with Mission City Community Fund at its Annual Charity Auction Dinner Dance fundraiser on November 11, 2017, at the Mission City Ballroom of the Santa Clara Convention Center.

MCCF is proud to announce that this year’s award honorees are Mr. Joe Bauer (Austen Warburton Community Service Award), The Jack Holder Family (George & Donna Burdick Business Award), and Second Harvest Food Bank (Nonprofit of the Year Award). Proceeds from the evening are donated to nonprofits serving residents of Santa Clara and Silicon Valley. 

The evening will include a Christmas tree opportunity drawing (wherein winner receives a fully decorated tree filled with gift cards valued at $2,500), and the opportunity to bid on live and silent auction items that include exciting one-of-a-kind experiences. Top off the evening dancing to our “Saturday Night Disco’ sounds of Donna Summer, Bee Gees, Chaka Kahn, KC and the Sunshine Band.

Tickets are $125 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert and dancing.
