Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

District Elections Public Hearing

Ad Hoc Advisory Districting Committee

An Ad Hoc Advisory Districting Committee has been established to hold public hearings to inform the public about the districting process and hear from residents on factors they believe should be taken into consideration when creating new voting districts, including making a recommendation for the district boundary lines.

  • February 12, 6:00 p.m. Northside Library Community Room 695 Moreland Way
  • March 8, 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers 1500 Warburton Avenue
  • March 26, 6:00 p.m.  Northside Library Community Room 695 Moreland Way
  • April 12, 6:00 p.m. Central Park Library, Redwood Room 2635 Homestead Avenue
