Tasman East Specific Plan Community Meeting

The City is holding the fourth community meeting for the Tasman East Specific Plan. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the draft plan, including urban design, streetscapes, parkland configuration and strategies for connectivity. The meeting will be held in an open house format.

The Tasman East Specific Plan will create a framework for the development of a high density transit-oriented neighborhood (currently proposed to be 100+ Dwelling units per acre), along with supportive retail services. The project area is an existing industrial neighborhood 45 acres in size, and is bounded by Tasman Drive to the south, the Guadalupe River to the East, the Santa Clara golf course to the north, and Lafayette Street to the west.

Meeting Date, Time and Location:
Thursday, June 7, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Northside Library Program Room
695 Moreland Way Santa Clara, CA 95054
