The City of Santa Clara Below Market Purchase (BMP) Program is designed to help eligible applicants obtain the dream of homeownership. These homes provide first-time homeownership opportunities to applicants who make less than the county wide moderate income levels and home sales prices are less than the prices of comparable market rate homes being sold within the same community. Housing Trust Silicon Valley is the BMP administrator for the City of Santa Clara.

Approved Lenders–available loan programs and preapproval process

Information regarding Available and Upcoming Units–Floor plan, Bedrooms,
Bathrooms, etc.

Available references for Credit Counseling, Mortgage Readiness and Homebuyer
Education class

Preference for current city residents and employees who currently work within the city limits

The homes are subject to future resale prices, monitoring and occupancy requirements
