Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

  •  Refreshments will be available for purchase, including popcorn, fruit snacks, and bottled water. All items are $1 each and benefit Youth Commission-related activities and events.
  • Vehicle parking is limited at City Plaza Park, so carpooling and other alternative transportation is encouraged.
  • Registration is encouraged, but not required.
