In 2009, US Airways pilot Capt. "Sully" Sullenberger (Tom Hanks) hit a flock of geese after take-off. He's forced to make an emergency landing in New York's Hudson River. All 155 passengers and crew survived, making Sully a national hero, but he then faced a FCC investigation that questioned his judgment and threatened to destroy his reputation and career.
