The City of Santa Clara is seeking final input on proposed changes to its smoking regulations before the Smoking and Tobacco Regulations Ordinance is introduced at the October 30, 2018 City Council Meeting. Proposed changes include banning smoking in certain outdoor public spaces, such as public parks, outdoor dining areas, and service areas, as well in multi-family housing except for designated smoking areas.
