Active Aging Week at the Senior Center: Walk a Block and Mindfulness

Walk a Block
10:00 am - 10:30 am

Meet at the Front Desk lobby.  Stretch your legs with a cruise around the block.  Good for endorphins AND maintaining strong bones.

 

Mindfulness
10:30 am - 11:30 am

Takes place in room 231.  Led by a trained facilitator, experience the moment and learn how to calm your mind.  It's easier than you think.  Space is limited, and is first come first-serve.
