Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

Upcoming El Camino Real Specific Plan: Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Public Scoping Meeting

The City of Santa Clara Community Development Department is hosting a Public Scoping Meeting for the El Camino Real Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR) analysis on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Margie Edinger Room at the Central Park Library. The purpose of the meeting is to describe the proposed project, the environmental review process, and to obtain the community’s input on the project and issues that they wish to see discussed in the EIR analysis.
