The Club’s goal is to find ways to make life easier in a friendly, supportive group. On 9/12 we’ll explore Advanced Healthcare Directives and POLST forms – what are they? Do you really, honestly need one? On 9/26, let’s fill out our Files of Life forms (bring your med lists, health history, and phone numbers!)
