Based on the latest State and County public health orders and directives, most outdoor gatherings are prohibited. As this event attracts thousands of festival goers and given the unprecedented challenges due to COVID-19, the City will not host the 40th Anniversary Santa Clara Art & Wine Festival in 2020.
