Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

Downtown Community Task Force (DCTF) Meeting #6

The City of Santa Clara's Community Development Department is hosting a Downtown Community Task Force Meeting #6 planning process on March 10, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 1500 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara.

The Task Force will be providing information followed by a discussion on development density and market realities; parking ratios and access strategies; form based codes; making downtown attractive to developers, and how all of these topics start to shape options for the land use framework for Downtown.

While participation in the DCTF meetings will be limited to appointees, the meetings will be public and members of the community will have an opportunity to provide input at the meeting.
