The City of Santa Clara, a Task Force of citizens, and a team of planners, designers, economists, and others, informed by the community, have completed “Phase 1” of the Downtown Precise Plan planning effort. We are looking for your feedback on three Land Use Concepts for the future of Downtown Santa Clara.

At this link you will find background information and a Survey that asks what you like and don’t like about the land use concepts. It should take 5 or 10 minutes to complete the survey. Following your feedback, the concepts will be turned into a preferred land use framework for further development.  Please note, the Survey closes on May 15.

You will also have the opportunity to sign up for “Meeting Out of the Box”, facilitated small group discussions that will provide an additional opportunity for you to provide more in-depth input.
