The City will be holding a scoping meeting and is seeking the views of responsible agencies and the public as to the scope and content of the environmental information that should be considered for inclusion in the Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Freedom Circle project. Written comments for the Program EIR scope and content will be accepted until July 20, 2020. Please see notice below for details.
