The City's IT department will be performing required system maintenance on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 3 - 6 p.m. During this time, customers will be unable to access the "Business License Portal" on our website, receive account information or make payments.
City Hall and most City departments/facilities are closed on November 11, 2021. Although administrative offices will be closed, emergency services will continue.
24/7 Emergency Services During Holiday Closures
The City Water & Sewer Utility, Police, Fire, Public Works, and Silicon Valley Power personnel will provide 24/7 assistance during the Holiday closure periods to respond to any City emergencies.
