This webinar will focus on Legal Steps in a Worker Cooperative Conversion and include a Business Owner Forum. It is on August 9 at 3:00 p.m.

Participants will gain an understanding of the legal steps needed to converting to a worker cooperative in CA and how to be in compliance with federal regulations.

Selling owners and employees will hear directly from highly experienced worker-owners to understand why they switched and "how it works" on a day-to-day basis within their worker co-op. There will be speakers from different industries and business sizes.
