Visit the Pumpkin Graveyard!!

The Everett N. "Eddie" Souza Community Garden located at 2380 Monroe St., will be open this Wednesday from 4:30pm - 6pm for self-guided garden tours for all. #ThisWeekInTheGarden at Eddie Souza, city staff focuses on food waste diversion and compost! The Garden displays a variety of bins you can install in your backyard or balcony. Bring your holiday gourds and pumpkins to the community garden help feed the worms. • Last day to drop off pumpkins is  Nov 30,  4:30pm - 6pm at the Open Garden Tour. 
• Please do not drop off pumpkins with paint, glue or non-organic decorations
• Please place rotting pumpkins into plastic bags
• Please do not block pathways when dropping off pumpkins.

Can't make it to the Garden Tour? Please place pumpkins at the front gate in a safe place without blocking pathways. A Garden Member will compost it for you.  Drop off your pumpkins at the gate and Garden Members will carry it in for you!!!.
