GI Partners invites you to participate in a virtual community meeting on February 22, 2024, 6:00 to 7:00 pm, for the proposed development located at 2805 Bowers Avenue. The proposed development entails a General Plan Amendment, Use Permit and Architectural Review to demolish the existing approximately 104,000 square foot 2-story building and construct a new 4- story 244,068 square foot data center with a substation.
