Participate in Public Meetings

The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. Information about how to watch and participate in public meetings, view meeting agendas, submission of written/digital materials by the public at City Council meetings, and submission of written public comment at City Council meetings can be found below.

Community Meeting: Field and Facility Use Program, Thursday, March 14,1-2:30 p.m.

The City of Santa Clara invites you to attend a public meeting to share your feedback on the City’s field and facility use program. Discussion topics at the meeting will include the cost recovery policy, fees and lessons learned over the past year. Youth Sports field user groups, community partners and stakeholders have been invited to the meeting scheduled at Reed & Grant Sports Park on Thursday, March 14 from 1– 2:30 pm. You may also join by Zoom
