On an annual basis, the City Council meets for the Council Priority Setting Session. The goal is to formulate the City Council’s priorities and initiatives for the upcoming year. These priorities set the policy framework for budget decisions and how City resources are aligned to support these objectives.
The public is encouraged to attend in-person. Upcoming sessions will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, Mission City Ballroom, located at 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara. Parking is free and light refreshments will be provided.
- Session #1: Monday, March 25, 2024, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Session #2: Wednesday, April 3, 2024, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Both sessions will be live streamed to the City’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. A Zoom option will also be available to participate (link will be provided closer to the first session).
