In the event of a natural or man-made disaster that requires residents to leave their home, the City of Santa Clara has recognized the need to establish temporary emergency shelters for housing-displaced residents.

The City has designated the Senior Center, the Youth Activity Center, and the Community Recreation Center as Emergency Shelters. Other City locations could also be identified as shelters during times of emergency. For more information contact the Fire Department at 408-615-4900.
