Harassing Calls can be reported online without waiting for a Police Officer, and the police report can be printed for free. 

After completing a police report, please contact AT&T to report annoying calls at 1-800-288-2020 with the report number you receive at the end of this process. Please follow AT&T's instructions and keep track of when calls occur and the number they are from (if you have caller ID).
