This website is produced and maintained by the City of Santa Clara Information Technology Department. Web content is produced by staff in every program and department within the City. Legally permissible commercial use of the web material is prohibited without the written notice of the City.

All service marks and trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners. Any commercial use of the materials stored on the City's website is prohibited without the written permission of the City. The City retains copyright on all text, graphic images, and other content.

The City may terminate this license at any time if you breach the terms of this agreement.

The City is neither responsible nor liable for any viruses or other contamination of your system or for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions arising out of your use of this site or with respect to the material contained on the site, including without limitations, any material posted on this site.

This site and all material contained on it are transmitted "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitations, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The City is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of, or the inability to use, the site and/or the materials contained on the site whether the materials contained on the site are provided by the City, or a third party. 

U.S. Government Restricted Rights
The materials are provided with "Restricted Rights." Use, duplication or disclosure by the U.S Government is subject to restrictions in DFARS 252.277-7013 and 48 CFR 52.227-19 et seq.
