Summary

Project Description:  A Use Permit application has been submitted to allow construction of a 396 room, 6-story hotel, totaling 204,444 square feet.  The hotel will feature 5 stories over 1 parking level with 284 stacked parking stalls.  The Use Permit application also includes the sale and service of distilled spirits on-site (Type 47 ABC License).
